Heart on a String is a Melbourne based business creating custom designed and handmade decor and accessories. All pieces are made to order based on customer specifications. Each piece is created with the same love and care as it would receive if it was being made for ourselves.

FAQ’s
How long will my order take?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the piece to be created and mailed to you during the off peak period. Depending on your location, delivery could take up to 5-7 business days. We ship with Australia Post and cannot guarantee the reliability of their service!
Keep in mind that we order all items to be cut every Thursday. So if an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be ordered to be cut until the following Thursday.
Can I order different quotes?
Yes. Quote Plaques can be created with any quote you like. Please contact us to determine what size plaque you will need to order to fit your quote.
Quote Wall Hangings (eg. Love you to the moon and back) cannot be created with custom quotes at this stage.
What are your products made of?
All Heart on a String pieces are created with a wood base (usually the name/text) which is painted, and then adorned with card stock shapes (stars, hearts, circles etc.)
Do you do any markets?
At the moment we are unfortunately not doing markets.
My order arrived broken!

Do you offer refunds?
Not for personalised and custom pieces, maybe for other pieces. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
